- ORDERS

- 1.
Only stamps with prices in the column EUR are available.
- 2. Any order form (Excel, Word,
txt,...) is
acceptable for us. You must send CODE (NEOFILA#),
short description and quantity
you need.
- The most suitable
method is to copy/paste the rows (lines) from our pricelists and
e-mail it for us to:
stamps@neofila.com

- 3. All orders will be confirmed.
If
you did not receive our confirmation it means that we did not receive
your e-mail.

4. After confirmation of
your order please wait an Invoice and instruction about the payment method.

- TERMS OF DELIVERY
- .
- 1. After the payment the orders will be shipped within 3 working
days.

- 2. We ship
with Lithuanian Post by registered priority mail. Registration number
(track code) will be sent by e-mail in 2 next days after
shipping.
3. Delivery
times can vary greatly and are dependent on local delivery services or
postal organization.
RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS
1. If you will get
wrong, damaged or not ordered stamps we will accept returns in 14 days
after stamps were delivered.
We will send replacement in
10 working days.
2. Shipping costs
for returned items will be compensated by Neofila.
3. Returned
shipments can only be accepted if warning is given by e-mail, packing is
undamaged and stamps are in the same condition as sent by Neofila.
4. We do not
accept returns if orders are filled completely and correctly.
